Katlyn Works has been our dedicated Commercial Service Representative at BDI since August 2022. Despite having no prior insurance experience, Katlyn quickly proved herself as a valuable member of our team. She brings a fresh perspective and a willingness to learn and grow in the industry. Outside of work, Katlyn cherishes spending quality time with her loved ones, including her family and beloved dogs. She also enjoys the tranquility of kayaking and fishing adventures with her fiancé, soon-to-be husband.
