We’re seeking a seasoned Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team and leverage their skills in an environment that embraces growth and fosters career advancement.
As a leading independent agency, we serve a diverse client base and meet unique risk management needs across industries. This position presents an opportunity to step into a dynamic, rewarding, and client-focused role that requires a blend of professional service, technical expertise, and strategic collaboration with our dedicated Commercial Lines Producers.

- Oversee and manage a comprehensive portfolio of commercial lines accounts.
- Collaborate with agency producers, providing support with customer service-related tasks.
- Act as the liaison between clients, producers, and insurance company representatives.
- Assist with marketing renewals and account rounding for current clients to boost client retention.
- Respond to inquiries, solve problems, and ensure client satisfaction through diligent follow-ups.
- Obtain accurate information and document it per agency standards, while also recommending appropriate coverages.
- Complete and submit applications and related documentation to relevant markets.
- Engage in marketing, quoting, and rating of new client business.
- Property & Casualty Insurance License Required.
- Valid Property & Casualty Insurance License.
- Minimum 2 years of Independent Agency experience.
- Experience with commercial policies; bond experience is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and agency management software, experience with Vertafore software is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with high-net-worth clients, and transportation or construction accounts is preferred.
- Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.
