Meet Diane Patrick
Diane Patrick joined BDI in September 2021 as the Personal Lines Account Manager Assistant. With over 30 years of insurance experience, Diane brings extensive knowledge of the industry and the services offered. She is also well-known for her exceptional customer service skills and high emotional intelligence, making her a valuable asset to the team.
In her free time, Diane enjoys working on her Cricut paper crafts and refurbishing old furniture. She is also an active volunteer in her community, dedicating her time to her church daycare and food banks in New Braunfels and Schertz.
Diane is a proud mother of two children and grandmother to five grandchildren, including four granddaughters and one grandson.
Recently, the BDI Personal Lines department has undergone a change in processing, with Diane taking on the role of account manager and Angela Day as the account executive. Together, they form a dedicated servicing team and are readily available to address any concerns or questions. Feel free to contact either of them for assistance.
